Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on the capacity of forest sustainable management in Qing Shi-gang State-owned Forest Farm

Abstract

Based on the theory of forest sustainable management,combining with the specific situation of Qing Shi-gang State-owned Forest Farm,an evaluation index system for the capacity of forest sustainable management including object layer,class index layer and project index layer was set up from 4 aspects,the quality of ecological environment,the productive force of forest ecosystem,the development of social economic and the level of management.A multiple evaluation for the forest farm's sustainable management capacity was carried on by means of fuzzy mathematics method.The appraisal result showed that Qing Shi-gang State-owned Forest Farm belonged to the type of weak sustainable management.Several suggestions for forest sustainable management have been proposed on the foundation of the appraisal result.
