On the Development of English Parliament in the Time of Feudalism

Parliament of England develops from the Witenagemot in the Time of Anglo-Saxon and then the Great Council.Parliament in its early days is a feudal etates representative institution. It came into being in the 13th century,then its form was being perfected,its power,strenghtened and its influence became greater in the 14-15th centuries.The function of Parliament in the political life of England in the late feudal society cannot be over estimated.
