Abstract
Volatile components from the fresh leaves of Cinnamomum camphora(L.) presl were collected by steam distillation and extraction with ether.Fourty-nine constituents from the volatile oil were identified by GC/MS,which amounted to 95.86% of the total peak area. The components include monoterpenes, sesquiterpenoids, aromatics and aliphatics. The main constituents were L-linalool(45.93%),camphor(28.52%),and nerolidol(4.66%).
