Abstract

Objective:To investigate the short-term effect of radio frequency ablation(RFA) and the opacification assessment of the postoperative through type-B ultrasonography on liver cancer patients. Methods:Twelwe cases of patients with a total of 15 lesions were treated with RFA,of which 4 cases with primary liver cancer patients,9 cases with metastatic liver cancer patients, the largest tumor diameter was 7.2 cm,and the minimum diameter was 1.5 cm.The therapeutic effect were compared with contrast-enhanced ultrasounographic inspection technology after a month. Results:Eight patients of 12 cases with lesions were full damaged with cystic change,no blood flow was found.3 patients with solid lesions significantly reduced, four patients with primary liver cancer patients with significantly increased blood AFP before treatment were decreased significantly after treatment, one patient in which dropped to normal. Conclusion:RFA is simple and effective treatment of liver cancer in particular for small liver cancer.Ultrasounography contrast imaging technique can for effectively monitor its efficacy.
