Abstract
Objective To evaluate the short-κterm effect of liver cancer with radio-frequency ablation. Methods 38 cases of patients with a total of 49 lesions were treated with radio-frequency ablation. The therapeutic effects were compared with contrast enhanced ultraso nography and contrast enhanced computed tomography one month after RFA.Results 27 patients of 38 cases with lesions were full damaged with cystic change,no blood flow was found.17 patients with significantly increased blood AFP before treatment were decreased significantly after treatment,10 patient in which dropped to normal. Conclusion RFA is simple and effective treatment of liver cancer in particular for small liver cancer.
