To Build the National Heritage Protection System with Chinese Characteristics

China is one of the countries with richest natural and cultural heritage resources in the world, and the country should take special protection and management measures. However, now the reality is that heritage resources management is in disorder, and the resources get inadequate protection and over-exploitation. Through the in-depth analysis of the understanding and current problems of the current situation and characteristics of China's heritage sites, how to preliminarily establish China's national heritage protection system is explored from the aspects including making specific national laws, improving the management structure, defining heritage site structures, ensuring funding inputs, strengthening the construction and management, and adjusting property rights, so as to provide an idea and method to solve China's heritage resources protection and management problems.
