Constructing the Impartial and Harmonious Socialist Income Distribution System

Social equity is the core value concept and value goal to measure and judge whether the social income distribution system is proper. However,in our country the biggest inequity is the inequality in opportunity.Only if we use social equity as our guiding thought and fundamental principle of reform and development,as the basic measure value and judgment criteria can we construct an impartial and harmonious income distribution system in the preliminary socialism.To do that,on the one hand,we must strengthen and consummate the law construction to ensure the income distribution system and promote the opportunity equity in income distribution;on the other hand,we should strengthen and perfect the social security system construction,and promote the result equity in income distribution.
