Abstract
Objective Study the clinical effectiveness of adipose myringoplasty.Methods Retrospective analysing 389 cases of autologous adipose myringoplasty clinical data during June 2003 to June 2010,abservation the healing situation of tympanic membrane perforation.Results Follow-up of all patients for more than 12 months,total healing ration was 94.6 % while the small perforation healing ratio was 95.7 %,average hearing improved 8.9 dB.Autologous adipose myringoplasty is an easy,safe,effective way.Discussion Analysing the history of adipose myringoplasty,submit opinions on its considerations on/after operation.
