Civil Law Course Teaching and Civil Law Spirit Fostering

Civil law spirit,such as equality,freedom,private right,public orders and social ethics,is the basic value orientation of civil law norm and illustrates the purpose of civil law.It plays a leading role in law spirit and is of great significance in the construction of harmonious society,in the improvement of social ethics level,in the direction of civil law norm establishing and implementing,and in the development of civil law quality of law students.Thus,civil law spirit fostering is the basic task in civil law teaching,and for the purpose of which,civil law spirit must be highlighted by discussions,debates,heuristic method to make the law students correctly understand the logic relationship between civil law spirit and civil law theory,civil law norm and civil case;to ultimately establish students' belief on civil law spirit;and to internalize the belief into their professional quality.
