Talk about the nature and concept of the civil law

The concentrated expression of the nature of civil law is that the civil law is the law of civil society. Civil society,which participated purely by the subjects of independent persons,is the base for existence for legal subjects. Civil law is private law ,and the differentiation of public law and private law is the basic classification of laws. Civil law reflects the general conditions of commodity production and commodity exchange. There are two principles in civil law---civil rights are sacred and autonomy of private law. The spirit of the principle of autonomy of private law is party autonomy.
