On the Improvement of Environmental Legislation in the Building of the Two-oriented Society

To build a Resource-Efficient and Environment-Friendly society is a strategic task of long-term planning for the national economic and social development,that is requirements of the reality and the necessity of development.Starting with the legal system is a successful guarantee of building two types of society and the legislation is the primary problem to solve in building this system,so we should re-examine the legislative status of our country's environmental law and change or improve some improper aspects of building the two types of society.
