New Discovery of the Reasons for Origin and Changes of Ownership

It is skin-deep that people think scarcity gives birth to property right in new system economics.In traditional political economy,people think socialized manufacture is based on socialism public ownership.Actually,many ownership phenomena in reality can not be explained by that tools of production decide the nature and form of ownership.The author thinks that the demand for living and developing of human beings results in establishment of ownership under scarcity of resource.And the author suggests that we should judge and choose the specific ownership according to human's need.
