Abstract
For any country,nation or society,the ultimate value of university and university teachers is to nurture qualified students for the society with both profound knowledge and lofty citizenship to create a better world.Through the specific independent operations of their own knowledge and culture,the duties of university and university teachers are to attract those who are committed to the development of their own knowledge and citizen personality to accept the university education.As the fundamental subjects to realize the ultimate value of university,teachers play the roles of constructors in promoting the students' knowledge and citizen personality with particular characteristics of their own.
