Abstract

University teachers should not only have profound knowledge,but also great personality and the ability to regulate their own behavior.Sincerity,wisdom,and responsibility should be the basic characters of university teachers because those characters could influence students in the teaching period.As a professional teacher,furthermore,willing to help,affable,knowledgeable,and rigorous are the four characteristics which are mainly accepted and admired by students.
