Abstract

The natures and status of the teaching supervising and the object and staff equipped of teaching and studying supervising are discussed in the article.It is necessary to go on the working style ,moving system and deal with several relationships to take effect in adult higher colleges,in order to improve the roles of teaching supervising. 
