Abstract
Cyclohexanone ethylene ketal was synthesized from cyclohexanone and ethylene with MnCl 2·ROH as catalyst;The effect of reaction conditions on the rate of product were discussed;The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows:based on 0.3mol cyclohexanone,the molar ratio of cyclohexanone to ethylene 1:1.5(mol/mol), catalyst 4.0% (the percert of overall mass of cyclohexanone and ethylene), the water-entainered toluene 25mL, reaction refluex time was 3.0 h, the most high rate of product was 92.4% (wt). The catalyst can repeatedly used well.
