How to Measure the “People's Urbanization” in New-type Urbanization——The Evaluation Dimensions under Amartya Sen's Freedom Development Perspective

Taking the new concept of Amartya Sen's development as the theoretical support and based on the and people feasibility ability ideas,this paper analyzes in the new-type urbanization.It is found that the of urbanization eventually is to achieve people's substantive freedom;meanwhile,people's freedom is also an important means of promoting urbanization process.Finally,based on the analysis of the connotation of the urbanization,this paper selects five indicators of instrumental to construct evaluation dimensions of urbanization.
