Abstract

Amartya Sen think that the development is the process of expansion of what of people to enjoy the real freedoms;Freedom is the primary purpose of development and which is to promote the development of an important means indispensable.From the angle of harmony,social development is a process of which continued expansion of the freedom of people to enjoy.Conversely,development is a process which continuously excludes items of no freedom in our society and realizes harmony.
