The building of socialism new country needs new type farmers.Creating new type peasants requires the development rural vocational education.The way of developing rural vocational education depends on new notion——the notion of rural vocational education building the multi-level system of rural vocational education,and strengthening the governmental administration and,establishing the cooperation system of rural vocational education between city and countryside.
