Clinical Observation of Ganxing Zhike Decoction in the Treatment of Laryngeal Cough

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Ganxing Zhike decoction in treatment of laryngeal cough.Methods 60 patients with laryngeal cough were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment Group(30 cases) was treated with Ganxing Zhike decoction combined with montelukast,while Control Group was treated with montelukast only.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 70%;there was a significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Ganxing Zhike decoction is effective in the treatment of laryngeal cough.
