Abstract
This paper describes the experiment of hydrolysis of straw paper pulp under enzyme and acid hydrolyzing.The different influences of reaction time,temperature,the rate of solid to liquid,catalyst content on the cellulose enzyme hydrolysis and the diluted acid hydrolisis were researched.From the main factor of hydrolysis and mechanism,compered the enzymatic hydrolysis with dilute sulfuric acid.The results show that:the enzymatic hydrolysis optimization temperature is 50 ℃,pH4.8,cellulase content is 13%(v cellulase/v resolver),hydrolysis time is 24 h,the yield of reducing sugar hydrolysis is 73.2%;Dilute sulfuric acid hydrolysis optimization temperature is 180 ℃,liquid to solid is 20:1,sulfuric acid concentration 2.4%,reaction time 2 h,the yield of reducing sugar hydrolysis is 27.55%.After acid hydrolysis,the left solid residue are analyzed by SEM.It shows that,the cellulose granule diameter is from 5~40 μm.
