Abstract
The single factor experiment was used to investigate the suitable reaction conditions of acid hydrolysis of straw, the result was evaluated by comparing with other hydrolysis technologies. The results showed that the suitable conditions of atmospheric sulfuric acid hydrolysis were as follows: reaction temperature 100℃,reaction time 3 h,sulfuric acid concentration 3%,ratio of solid to liquid(W/V) 1∶4.In the conditions, the hydrolysis yield was 73%,reducing sugar yield could reach 17% approximately, and pentosan removal rate was 65%.Besides,through the preliminary research,it was confirmed that the straw after sulfuric acid hydrolysis could be used to produce rayon pulp.
