Abstract

Under the influence of concession context,Congwen Shen's ethnical identity turned to be an identity of the background of Miao nationalality as the focus to Chinese nation which is based upon fanciful community.This kind of identity achieved his transformation from sensuous to rational,from passive to self-conscious when he was writing in Shanghai.What's more,it's also the path that he protested the western culture using ethnical identity.
