Abstract

To optimize the fermentation conditions of Cordyceps militaris mycelium which was suitable for industrial production. Using the method of shake-flask culture, culture in fermenter and Orthogonal test to optimize the fermentation parameter of the carbon source ,nitrogen source, inoculum size of fermentation and Incubation time by mycelium dry weight and total polysaccharide content of cordyceps militaris mycelium. Meanwhile, the conditions of aeration amount were screened. The results shaced that the suitable optimized medium for industrial production of cordyceps militaris mycelium fermentation was glucose 20 g·L-1, soy protein powder 8 g·L-1. Fermentation conditions were as follows: 5% of the inoculum size, aeration rate of 1:0.4 (V/V·min),Incubation time of 108 h. Under the above conditions, whtch yield of mycelium content reached 17.16 g·L-1, the total polysaccharide content reached 1 073.82 mg·L-1 in the fermentation broth.
