The Quality Evaluation and Analysis of Economic Growth in Hainan from 2000 to 2010

Based on the statistical data of Hainan Province from 2000 to 2010,this paper aims to evaluate the quality of Hainan's economic growth in six aspects by constructing the index of economic growth quality,i.e.the economic growth efficiency,the economic growth structure,the economic growth stability,changes in economic growth benefits and achievements distribution,the cost of the ecological environment for economic growth,and the national economic quality.The conclusion shows that the quality of economic growth in Hainan has significantly improved year by year,and that except for the dimensions of economic efficiency and stability,the other dimensions are the factors for improving the quality of economic growth in Hainan.Thus,it is necessary for Hainan government to pay more attention to economic efficiency and stability in tandem with other development policies so as to better the quality of Hainan's economic growth.
