Abstract

Quality and efficiency of economic growth is the degree of superiority and inferiority for economic activity,route,distribution of resources,effects and development goal. The measurement index of quality and efficiency of economic growth is set up in the paper. The thesis explains Changzhou's economic growth from economic stability and endurance,economic structure and economic efficiency by gene analysis. At last,the relational conclusions are obtained and the relative policy suggestions are proposed in the paper.
