Abstract
Collaboration between banks and securities companies is a most efficient way to resolve the problems and it also brings out a method to improve the business of both banks and securities companies.The paper analyzes the motivation and feasibility of collaboration between banks and securities companies based on the research of the securities for substitute saving in China.It puts forward some proposals on the future pattern of the collaboration between banks and securities companies considering the financial environment in China.
