Abstract
Objective To study the purification of Chlorogenic acid in twig and leaf Lonicera Japonica Thunb. Methods The different macroporous resin properties of absorption and desorption were observed by static absorption method. With the reservation rate of chlorogenic acid as indexes.orthogonal design with L9(34) was used to select the condition of purification. Results The macroporous resin of LSA-21 had the best performance, and the optimum conditions as follows:25% alcohol and 2 BV amount of solution, the flow rate was 0.6 BV·h-1.Conclusion The condition of purification is stable and practicable,it can be used for the preparation in large scale.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
