Abstract
The campus physical culture in colleges and universities is not only an important part of the physical culture,but also the chief content and expression of campus culture.This paper mainly discusses the functions of the campus physical culture and the main factors that hinder its development,aiming at reinforcing the construction of campus physical culture.
