Abstract

Colleges and universities have specific social culture function.In the light of this the characteristics of campus culture in colleges and universities,such as the academic,creative,innitiative and leading characteristics,are illustrated.Through the study on these characteristics and issues the function of the campus culture is defined and the basis is provided for a reasonable structure of the campus culture.
