Research on the Personnel Training Mode Reform of Industrial Designers

Abstract

In modern society,industrial design is becoming more and more important.Industrial design and education is confronted with new opportunities and challenges because of the extension of industrial design’s definition and the change of personnel training’s motion.Based on the analysis of background,the article gets an insight into the current status of personnel training mode,and then summarize some main problems.Finally,this article proposes five pieces of suggestion for personnel training mode reform according to teaching practice.
