Abstract
According to the investigation and statistics, there are 21 species, which belong to 12 families and 19genus in Quzhou, and 3 species are the first-ranking protection category of national protected plants, 19 species are second-first-ranking protection category of national protected plants. The characteristics of flora of rare and endangered plants are analyzed and discussed as follows: the rare and endangered plants are rich; there are many ancient relic elements; the floristic interims are obvious; the endemic to china flora are outstanding. The floristic relations of the rare and endangered plants between Quzhou and adjacent floristic regions are also studied in the paper.
