Application analysis of dot-matrix LCD module based on T6963 controller

Abstract

In order to realize convenient application of T6963 liquid crystal display module in the actual problem,this paper introduces the interface design of dot-matrix LCD module based on inter T6963 controller and 8031's parallel expanding chip 8255A,through the seasonable design of the electric circuit hardware and software,it gives the single set-reset control of PC port on 8255A.Furthermore,it puts forward the fundamental conditions of LCD normal operation,relative program and programming process diagram,thus realizing man-machine dialogue.more convenient.
