INTERFACE DESIGN OF DOT MATRIX LCD MODULE AND MCU

Abstract

Intelligent instrument needs more and more LCD modules which can display characters and graph.The application of dot matrix LCD module based on SED1278 controller has been widely used.The main function and work principle of EA-D20040AR dot matrix LCD module and the method of application are introduced and analyzed.The author of the article designs the interface circuit of the LCD module based on AT89S52 MCU and the method of software design to display menu.
