Constructe harmonic relationship between teachers and students in universities

Abstract

The construction of good relationship between teachers and students can arouse students' enthusiasm for studies and encourage them to obtain knowledge. However the current teacher-student relation in universities seems estranged. So the construction of equal and friendly teacher-students relationship and the application of the tutorial system contribute to the establishment of the harmonic relationship.
