Traditional Chinese Medicinediagnosis Treatment and Nursing Progress of Diarrhea

Diarrhea syndrome is differentiated into different types by treatment and nursing including cold-dampness diarrhea,dampness-heat diarrhea,impairment by overeating,hepatic qi invading spleen, spleen deficiency and Yang-deficiency. Five aspects including characteristics and pathogenesis,clinical manifestation,treatment methods,the code of the nursing,nursing emphasis are introduced. In addition, routine nursing in emotion,observation of condition and general nursing are also under consideration. Diarrhea syndrome can be differentiated into cold-dampness,dampness-heat,deficiency and excess. Those syndromes can take place separately or simultaneously,and they can also transform. So it is important to differentiate syndrome in nursing process and nurse patients respectively in order to make good effect.
