Abstract
Most owners of medium-sized and small enterprises value business while neglect management in China.The managers pay less attention to financial management,so their internal financial management is not good and the environment of external management is worse.In a word,the prerequisite of innovation on financial management of medium-sized and small enterprises is to increase the managers' risk awareness on financial management,the means is to allocate capital structure scientifically,and the key is to build special financial service institutions.
