Abstract
Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical effect of the non-prolapsed uterus by transvaginal hysterectomy.Method In our hospital from November 2009 to January 2011,admitted to non-prolapsed uterus with benign diseases and the implementation of 80 patients by vaginal hysterectomy as the observation group;Selected the same 78 cases of the same period in hospital surgical indications total abdominal hysterectomy patients as the control group, comparison of two groups of patients, surgery in operative time, estimated blood loss, postoperative passage of flatus, postoperative sexual intercourse pain, postoperative morbidity, stump polyps and postoperative analgesia rate. Results The observed group of patients with surgical time and estimated volume of blood loss were less than those in the control group, the control group, two groups the difference was significant(P0.05),with statistical significance, the observation group one cases of intraoperative bladder injury occurred.Observation group in the postoperative passage of flatus, the rate of postoperative analgesia and postoperative morbidity were lower than those the control group, the difference was significant(P0.01),with statistical significance;Observation group postoperative stump polyps higher than that of the control group, there was significant difference(P0.05),with statistical significance; Two groups of patients in the postoperative pain during intercourse, there was no significant difference(P0.05).Conclusions Vaginal hysterectomy surgical damage, pain and minor bleeding volume and not surface to leave scars and other advantages,is considered to be an ideal procedure, advocated widely applied clinically.
