Abstract
Objective:To explore the distribution and dynamic changes of traditional Chinese medical(TCM) syndromes in perioperative patients with colorectal cancer. Methods:TCM syndrome information of 95 colorectal cancer patients was collected and analyzed by sample cluster. Results:Excess syndromes dominated before operation;after operation, the percentages of deficiency syndromes increased, and the syndromes of damp - heat stagnation,Qi - stagnation and blood - stasis developed into deficiency of both Qi and blood, deficiency of spleen and kidney yang, and deficiency of liver and kidney yin gradually. Conclusion:TCM syndromes in perioperative patients with colorectal cancer mainly show as the excess syndromes before operation, and as the deficiency syndromes after operation, presenting the dynamic changes of excess syndrome developing into deficiency syndrome.
