Abstract
This paper reports the effects of carbofuran and methylparathion onAchE Activity in Brain of Xingyunji-Fish. It also investigates their mechanisms and the possibility of AchE as a biomarker to monitor pesticide residues in environment. The results showed that interaction between the two pesticides exhibited to be synergistic, and became stronger with time, suggesting that the activity of AchE may be used as a biomarker.
