Abstract

Objective To compare the therapeutic effect between laparoscopic repair of gastroduodenal ulcer perforation and open procedures.MethodsThe clinical data of 45 cases were retrospectively reviewed.Twenty-seven cases were performed laparoscopically, and 18 cases underwent open procedure. The operative time, intraoperative blood loss, incidence of complications, postopertive recovery time of bowel movement, postoperative body temperature and hospitalization of the two groups were compared respectively.ResultsThe operative time was(80±25)min in laparoscopic group vs(96±24)min in open group(P0.05).The intraoperative blood loss was(43±13)ml vs(76±20)ml(P0.05),the post operative hospitalzation was(6.7±1.2)days vs(10.2±2.0)days(P0.01),the postoperative recovery time of bowel function was(2.4±0.8)days vs(3.6±1.2)days(P0.01),and the postoperative complications were observed in 2 cases vs 5 cases, the postoperative body temperature(38 ℃) were observed in 5 cases vs 10 cases.ConclusionThe laparoscopic operation for gastrodundenal ulcer perforation can be considered as safe as the open operation and has advantages such as shorter operative time, rapid recovery and minimal incion.
