Abstract
Objective To understand occupational exposure about the distribution of the population of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza virus infection status and circumstances of the highly pathogenic avian influenza virus in Ningxia, and to provide scientific basis for the formulation of prevention and control strategies. Methods According to the 2011 national occupational exposure to human serum and the environment of highly pathogenic avian influenza monitoring program, using the horse red blood cell hemagglutination inhibition test for detection of occupational exposure crowd of H5N1 hemagglutinin antibody;environmental samples H5,H7,H9 avian influenza virus nucleic acid detection by real-time PCR.Results Occupational exposure crowd of 400 sera H5N1 antibodies were negative;environmental specimens of 302 type A avian influenza virus nucleic acid monitoring the positive rate was 8.61%(H9-positive rate was 6.62%,H5 positive rate was 2.65%,H7 is negative).Avian influenza A virus nucleic acid sample distribut at the three monitoring of counties(districts),one of monitoring the county(district) detected the H5,a monitoring county(district) detected in the H9 and another monitoring the county(district) detected H5 and H9.Monitoring of workplace environmental samples of avian influenza virus nucleic acid test results showed that the highest positive rate of samples of urban and rural areas live poultry market.ConclusionH5 and H9 avian influenza virus is found in the environment in Ningxia monitoring point. The avian influenza virus shows significantly characteristics of regional distribution, live poultry markets in urban and rural areas is an important distribution center for avian influenza virus. No human is infected by H5N1 avian influenza in Ningxia.
