Abstract
With the continuous college enrollment, there are tens of millions of university graduates every year, faced with the severe employment situation, every year many students unemployed. Compared to undergraduate and master's degree college students, vocational students lack the capital of academic qualifications. To ensure vocational colleges students to seek a job in the fierce competition, vocational counselors have an important impact. In this paper, for vocational counselors' work in student job employment advantages, make brief exposition and analysis, and analyze the main problems of counselor in the student's employment guidance, at the same time, proposed several solutions for the existing issues, thereby strengthening the role of vocational counselors in student's employment guidance.
