Abstract
Through the high-speed development in recent years, vocational education is becoming a new force in high-level education. The employment status of vocational college students has a bearing on the existence and development of vocational education. Through analysis of the status, problems and causes of employment of vocational college students, we must establish and perfect the vocational education mode under the guidance of employment in order to keep the sustainable development of vocational education.
