Abstract
On the base of electroless plating Ni-W-P alloy formulations, the different coating by controlling the key process parameters of plating was obtained. The corrosion resistance of the coating in 5%NaCl solution and 5%H2SO4 solution were study. The results show that the optimum operating temperature is 85 ℃ and the loading ratio is 0.64 dm2/L.Under this optimal process conditions, the corrosion resistance of the coating in salt and acid solution is better. The wear resistance increases by 6.75 and 576.78 time compared with the matrix. The corrosion resistance of the coating decreases after heat treatment.
