Abstract

In a comparative method,the author discusses Zhao Shuli's and Zhang Ailing's Journeys to success in 1943 from the following three aspects:their writing strategies,the publication of their works and the attitudes of different reactions.To some extent,their works make popular literature merge with the new literature in the 1940s.
