Abstract

Using dimthyl methoxymethylenemalonate as original material and reacted with hydrazine hydrate,5-hydroxyl-4-pyrazole methyl formate was prepared and the product's molecular structure was confirmed by 1H NMR and MS.The influence of reaction conditions was investigated.The result showed that the molar ratio dimthyl methoxymethylenemalonate:hydrazine hydrate was 1:1.2,the volume of ethanol:water was 1:3,and then reacted at 80 ℃ for 4 h,the yield was 82.4%.
