Abstract

Objective:To sum up the clinical experience of liver transplantation.Methods:Orthotopic liver transplantation was successfully performed on 2 patients with advanced liver cirrhosis.Results:The recovery of liver graft function was excellent after operation in two patients. One case survived for six months and the other survived for one month. Marks for Hepatitis series are negative except for HBsAb(+).Conclusion:Perfect surgical technique and perioperative management are key points for success of the liver transplantion. Early liver transplantation is the only effective way to treat the advanced liver cirrhosis.
