Abstract
Presented a high precision pressure measurement and control system which consists of STC89C51 as kernel, pressure detecting imput and filtering circuit, and the triggering pulse output circuit of thrusters.Because the characteristic curve of the press-resistance sensor is nonlinear, special current type pressure detecting circuit, digital filter and the scaling function derived by use of a curve fitting scheme were used to compensate the nonlinear measurement error of the press-resistance sensor in order to guarantee the pressure measurement precision.Meanwhile, the integration separation PID control algorithm and the optimization method of control parameters were adopted to improve the pressure control precision.
