Abstract

Vacuum brazing tests were carried out on stainless steel EGR cooler with pure copper brazing paste and BNi-5 brazing paste,respectively.Vacuum brazing processes were determined by analyzing the vacuum brazing parameters.The results of brazed seam quality inspection,function test and microstructure analysis show that the brazing parameters are reasonable.
